Unable to send feedback

I have been unable to send feedback to Nisus. Every time I attempt to send a report, I get a dialogue box (with a Nisus logo) that says, "Could not generate feedback system profile."
Does anyone know what I need to do to correct this?

I had a different problem. I got the feedback form but when I clicked "send feedback" nothing seemed to happen. I sent a copy to the email address that the "Thank you for downloading the Nisus Writer Express Public Beta," message was sent out on (
sales@nisus.com).
Please email me the last bit of the console log

Could you each email me the Console output that you see when you click submit?
By this I mean, open Applications -> Utilities -> Console
When you click submit, some new error output is probably appearing here. Just email me at seth (fill in the nisus com part. I don't want spam agents to crawl my address from this post).
