Setting columns in page view.

Where do I find the column settings? I went to page view, but did not find anything I could use--no choice for "columns".

You'll want to use the Columns palette. It's in the palette group that has a little page icon up top. Or, just summon the floating palette via the menu Window > Palette > Columns.
