I've paid my upgrade dues, asked for help in specific areas, pointed out discrepancies between the manual and the program, and . . .

Is there no online support in these fora?
Even for obvious bugs and glitches?
Bet users would welcome a lively interactive interchange, even with some flunky. Any flunky would be better than silence.
I hope they're working hard on 1.1, because 1.0 is all but unusable. I tried to write a simple business letter w/ it today. Impossible to get a satisfactory result. After two years.
Sad, and getting irritating.

As for having someone from Nisus who will respond on these forums...I am one of the lead developers on Nisus Writer and I respond to about 90% of the posts on this site.
