from Nisus corporate to the patrons of its game.
I've paid my upgrade dues, asked for help in specific areas, pointed out discrepancies between the manual and the program, and . . .
nothing. A sickly silence.

Is there no online support in these fora?
Even for obvious bugs and glitches?
Bet users would welcome a lively interactive interchange, even with some flunky. Any flunky would be better than silence.

I hope they're working hard on 1.1, because 1.0 is all but unusable. I tried to write a simple business letter w/ it today. Impossible to get a satisfactory result. After two years.

Sad, and getting irritating.

Please remember first of all that these are user-support forums. We monitor these forums and try to pitch in when we can, but if users are getting the job done we may not answer because we want to this to be a place where knowledgeable users can help each other. If you are unable to find support on these forums, there are lots of other ways you can contact us directly to get support. Go to http://www.nisus.com/support for more information.

As for having someone from Nisus who will respond on these forums...I am one of the lead developers on Nisus Writer and I respond to about 90% of the posts on this site.
