I am making a bibliography where some of the works are in hyperlinks which will show up as blue, no problem. But I do NOT want the underline... How can I remove this?

Unfortunately there's currently no way to remove the underline outright, as it and the blue color are applied at a point that comes after all attributes are considered. There is however a workaround that may satisfy your needs: set the underline color to white. Probably it would be best to define a Hyperlink character style with the white underline color, and then apply that to all your hyperlinks. I hope that helps.

Thanks but how do I do this? I cannot find where to set the underline color. It just changes everything white when I try.

Use the menu Format > Underline > Show Underline Colors. That will both show the color panel and configure it to only affect underlines.
