Changing default save location

I do not use the autosave function, which I realize allows me to specify where my documents are saved. My question is when I initially go to save any new document, the "Save" dialog box brings me to what I can only assume is the first place I ever saved a Nisus file.

I would prefer to specify that location instead. It's not a giant issue, but I was wondering if there is a solution. I've looked in the manual and through the forums and can't seem to find one.

Sorry, but there aren't any preferences to control this. Where the Save dialog points is generally established by OSX itself, defaulting to either the last used location or your Documents folder. But it would be nice if Nisus Writer had its own option that allowed users to choose where to point the Save dialog for new files. I'll file a feature request, thanks!

Too bad. But thanks for the quick reply.
