Treble-click selects more than one line!

Hi!
Has anyone else noticed that if you treble-click a line of text, such as a short line in a list, the line above is selected as well?
I've tried treble-clicking with the I-beam in all sorts of positions on the line, but it always seems to select the line I want and the one above it.
