Hello.

Is anyone else experiencing the following problem?

Panther.5 (without the recent security updates)
NWE 2.0.1 (the problem happened with 2.0, also) running in demo mode

At the Finder, when I select Help>Mac Help from the menu bar and type “DVD” (for example) in the search box and press return, the Help Viewer successfully displays a list of found items.

In NWE, however, when I select Help>Nisus Writer Express help from the menu bar and type “tooldrawer” or “Nisus” (for example) in the search input box and press return, no matching items are found.

No matter what I type in NWE Help’s search box, it displays “no items are found.”

I have run Cache Out X, and this did not solve the problem.

The NWE Help doesw not work as it's supposed to work. I think I read somewhere in this forum that they did not have the time to make it work.

Download the pdf-version of the manual instead. It works.
