Exec problems with 'Save' :roll:

I'm having the oddest problem (with NWE on OS x 10.3 Panther). This has happened a couple of times. When I save, NWE saves a document that the programme then can't open. It has a little oblong icon with the word "Exec" on it. Clicking on it will open NWE, but not open the document. Going to 'Most recent' menu option results in an error message saying doc not found, and its name is then removed from the Most Recent list.
Both times these have been documents I have been working on and opened and closed and saved many times. Now, of course I don't have them at all, except the back up!
