Footnotes

When opening my old Nisus 5.1.3 documents in Nisus 2.1.1 the footnotes are placed at the right page only on the first two or three pages. After this the footnotes start to appear at the bottom of the page which follows the one on which the text is which they belong to. Is there any way to change this?

The best way to handle this is to send us your report along with your file. You can do this by choosing "Report a Bug..." from the "Help" menu in Nisus Writer Express. Mark will get back with you, usually in about a day.

I have a long document in 6.0 including footnotes. But I can't even open it in Express.

Even if I were to try to Copy and Paste it (I know, not the way to do it), the footnotes don't come into the new document.

Any suggestions how to open a 6.0 doc in Express?
