Compare Document macro error in NWP 2.0.1

Post by tomoyuki-kosaka »

I used "Compare Document macro" and encountered error as "
Perl reported an error:
2011-09-12 14:17:55.008 textutil[4253:613]
_CFServiceControllerBeginPBSLoadForLocalizations
timed out while taling to pbs
"
I ran the macro in NWP 2.0.1, MacBookPro macosx 10.6.8.
This is the first time I ran this macro in NWP 2.0.1, so I wonder this is 2.0.1 specific problem.

Is there anyone can solve this problem?
I hope to hear the solution, because this macro is very useful.

Hrm, the error implies that there is some problem shuffling content between processes, perhaps something to do with the clipboard. It could be a transitory problem. I'd try restarting your Mac to see if that solves it. If the problem persists, could you please try:

1. Running the macro on a small document with no images (to see if the content size/length makes a difference).
2. Try using NWP 2.0 to see if the macro still works there.

Let me know how it goes, thanks.

Thank you Martin for your rapid reply and suggestion.
I tried to restart my computer and re-tried to run the macro.
The run was succeeded!

I'm sorry for my judge prematurely.
Next-time, I'll try either to restart my computer or to clear the clipboard and re-run a macro before to post in this forum.
Anyway, I appreciate you to help me.
