Two Issues:
1. Scrolling through a document is sometimes slow but most of the time choppy when using Mac touchpad to scroll. Using the scroll bar works smoothly.
2. I'm noticing when I edit a paragraph which results in a shortening or lengthening of the page, the page following is slow to reflect the update, if it does so at all. I've had to minimize the document and reopen, and sometimes that doesn't work either. At times, if the preceding page is longer, I'll see a portion of it on the next page overlapping/intermingled with what was on that next page before the edit.

Scrolling slow and choppy/page refresh not working correctly
Re: Scrolling slow and choppy/page refresh not working correctly
I've just been working with a 100+ page document in NWP without any scrolling or other problems. M2 Pro Mac Mini 16 GB running Sequoia 15.1. I presume you mean Sonoma 14.6.1.
They are apparently working on an update to take in changes withe Sequoia.

Re: Scrolling slow and choppy/page refresh not working correctly
Mark, are you using a touchpad to scroll? I'm wondering if my touchpad has something to do with it.
Re: Scrolling slow and choppy/page refresh not working correctly
I've tried it with both touch pad and mouse. No problem with either, so maybe your touchpad is playing up. I don't use mine much… basically it's there for when the mouse battery needs recharging, as the one really bad bit of design by Apple is making the mouse unusable while it's charging.
