Thank you for the updated macros Philip! Coincidentally a customer just wrote us privately about this and your new macros should help.
One final improvement: allow the macros to move non-list paragraphs. I'm attaching versions of your macros that add this feature, which the customer also requested.

Hi again, I don't want to be picky, but is it possible to adapt this script so it does not involve copy/paste when moving paragraphs up and down? Adding the whole paragraph to the clipboard is not ideal. Thanks.

That's no problem. Here are amended versions of Philip's macros that do not use copy/paste when moving non-list paragraphs.
