How do I manually gather crash logs for Nisus Writer?

In most situations you can use the feedback reporter inside Nisus Writer to automatically report bugs and gather recent crash logs. But if for some reason you can't use the feedback reporter, or it isn't detecting recent crash logs, you can gather the log files manually.

1. Launch Apple's Console app.
2. In the sidebar on the left, expand the location ~/Library/Logs.
3. From the list of sub-items, select the category "DiagnosticReports".
4. From the list of crash reports, look for any starting with the name "Nisus Writer Pro".
5. Select the most recent Nisus Writer crash (most likely listed last, as file names append the date and time).
6. Click the "Share" icon in the toolbar and choose "Mail" to attach the crash log to a new email.
7. Email the log to us at the following address:
