I use the "form paragraph" macro from NWP 2.1 pretty much every day, as I clean up text. Just bought NWP 3.0.4, and see the macro is not there. Writing macros is something that I have not been able to master. In the old days, I used to used to use "save to macro," I think, but once macro writing got all code-y, I have not been able to get it to work.

Can someone show me where I can do a plain old copy + paste for this functionality?

Version 3 adds this functionality to the main menu via Edit > Transform Paragraphs > Remove Line Breaks. The old "Form Paragraph" macro is no longer needed. Sorry for the confusion, but I hope that helps!
