I have this problem since a long time. I'm unable to export in docx format. When I try to export, either I got an error message saying that Nisus is unable to export or Nisus just hang and I need to force quit!

Can you send in a feedback report using the menu Help > Send Feedback? Please be sure to checkmark the options to send in recent hang/crash logs so we can inspect force quit logs. Thanks for your help, and sorry for the trouble.

Thanks for collecting the feedback report. I took a look and I have a theory as to the problem.

It looks like you are using LibreOffice as a standalone app. Certain file format converters in Nisus Writer are based on LibreOffice code. It may be that the normal LibreOffice app and Nisus Writer's converters are interfering with each other. Can you please quit LibreOffice, restart Nisus Writer, and then see if the file conversions work correctly?

I notice you are using NWP 3.2.1. Any reason for not updating to 3.2.2?

It's seem I'm unable to updating:

When I try I got this error message "Une erreur est survenue en récupérant les informations de mise à jour. Veuillez réessayer plus tard." (An error occurred while retrieving the update information. Please try again later.)

But the problem with exports is far older than that.

You can download the latest version of the app from this page:

The latest version NWP will work from OSX 10.11 and later including the current macOS Monterey (12.2.1).

Hamid is correct, the latest version of Nisus Writer will run on Mac OS X 10.11. I have my doubts that this will fix the import/export problems, but it's worth trying.

Yes I downloaded the latest version et it works. But in the same time it showed an other problem. When I try to verify the updates available, I got an error message. It seems that my NWP is unable to connect to internet, in the same way that I was unable to send automatically the rapport. I think it's the reason I didn't dowloded the last version.
With NWP 3.2.2, I'm still unable to export in docx.
