In my Endnotes section, above the first endnote is a 1.5" horizontal line. How can I remove it?

I am using the latest version of Nisus Writer Pro (3.2.2).

View > Style Sheet > Note Styles > Endnote > Note Area Divider

Set Line to “None”.
