How can I restore my macros?

My Macros folder has become irregular, all my fault. When I try to follow Hamid's instructions, here on the Forum, to drag the library/Application Support/Nisus Writer folder to the desktop, there is no Nisus Writer folder there.
Shall I just restore my NWP 3.2.2. If so, how do I do that?
