Clipboards, Paste From Any Clipboard

This is a rewrite of a macro I posted ages ago. This version is better, cleaner, and more reliable.
It grabs the first 60 characters of each clipboard and puts them in a list to select and paste as plain text. There's a user option you can set to paste as formatted text.
