InfoClick is sandboxed, which means it does not automatically have access to all files/data on your Mac. You will need to grant InfoClick access to your email files by choosing the appropriate email folder(s). The use of Apple's standard file interaction dialogs will implicitly cause macOS to grant access to an app like InfoClick.
