Is there a way I can set Nisus 2.6 to open to the last document I was working on? And can it be set to open where I left the insertion point? OS X 4.4...thanks

Yes, just check "Reopen previously open documents on launch". That option can be found in our General preferences.

This should happen automatically once you've saved the file using version 2.6.
