Questionable Nisus ethics

With the looming termination of support for software with Intel code, I find it ethically questionable that, now that the website is (sort of ) up again, the company is still selling NWP (and probably other products).

Unless there's something going on behind the scenes to update the program, I don't understand why it's still possible to purchase NWP.

If there is (or isn't), some kind of information from Nisus is certainly in order.
