I need a feature on NWX which was in the old Nisus Writer: that we can split the screen to see both information from, say, page 1 and at the bottom, from page 18.

Is this a feature and I don't know how to do it?

Sorry, but no, this feature is currently not available in Nisus Writer Pro. Let Nisus know that you want to see it implemented as soon as possible by clicking on Help>Send Feedback in Nisus Writer Pro.
