When writing a RTL text (like Hebrew) it is custom to position the divider line between footnotes and text on the right hand side of the document. Is there a way to do so? I could not find an option to change that. However- I know that at some point during me editing the document (ie at a certain combination of paragraph/page/? alignment) the line DID appear on the right. does anyone know what needs to be changed?

The note divider line uses the directionality assigned to the section. You'll want to click the "Right to Left" checkbox in the Sections palette.
