I just spent several hours fixing the html rendered from my Nisus document:

• bulletted or numbered lists: left margin of subsequent lines of paragraph items doesn't honor initial offset from bullet — the text-indent value is never right and conflicts with some of the margin values
• graphics: they get lost, unless they're inline or inserted in multi-cell tables — no "moves with parag" or "fixed on page" allowed
• strange things happen with the so-called "Apple-tab-span" class, unless you use a mono-spaced font; for instance you can't get a ToC's page numbers to get properly aligned
• no text-box emulation: one-cell tables are rendered as text, not table, whatever the type of border you use, or the intensity of shading you set for the background

Is any of these going to be improved in the near future?

Not that can be promised. Our HTML export currently makes use of Apple's code, so if they improve their HTML/RTF fidelity with a new version of OSX then NWP's export also gets better. We are however looking into alternative HTML import/export options, but nothing may come of it.
