Index build problem

Hi,
i explain my little problem:
1. i mark word(s) (in plain or bold face in my text) for indexing using references tools in toolsdrawer.
2. for this, i use "Use Topic:" option and never with bold topic font option
3. i insert my index with no problem and i save and close my document.
when i open again my document, if rebuild my index, all word in bold face in my text appear in bold face in my index.
I correct this problem and save and close again....
when i open my doc and rebuild my index.... again my word in bold in text, in bold in my index....
this problem not occur when i use "automatic topic" option in place of "Use topic:" option
