Hello, someone please help me! This has happened about 5 times already and it's about to drive me nuts. I don't mean Endnote the program (which I'm not using), I just mean the the regular endnote that you can insert (like a footnote). I was using it fine for weeks and weeks... but now when I try to insert one, NWP freezes up then promptly shuts down. What the hell?

I was also getting frustrated that the endnotes and footnotes would sometimes mysteriously be in a different font, but that was easy enough to fix. This spontaneous crashing is not, however. I have already submitted about 4 errors reports to Apple, and of course restarted my computer, etc. Any advice? When you guys gonna fix this in the future?

Hi Nina- unfortunately we never see the reports that Apple collects. Instead, after a crash, can you relaunch NWP and use the menu Help > Send Feedback? That will automatically collect a log of the last crash that occurred. Hopefully we can discover the cause of the problem for you.
