Does anyone know how to remove the footer from page 1 and have it start on page 2? If you simply start with page 2, it still shows on page 1.

Put a "Section Break New Page" at the end of page 1, go to the sections palette and choose "Different Headers and Footers" ... or words to that effect. I use NWPro, but I think you have the same options under Express.

Thanks for that. I tried section break - next page, but when I went to delete the footer from page one, all the other footers still went with it.
Am I not doing it right?
