Apple have announced that Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) is going on sale this Friday, Aug 28. From the testing Nisus has done with 10.6 so far how compatible is NWP 1.3 with the new version of Mac OS X? Do Nisus recommend their NWP 1.3 customers upgrade to 10.6 immediately, or should they wait for a NWP update before upgrading OS X?

Snow Leopard Update
Apple has announced that Snow Leopard (Mac OS X 10.6) will be released on Friday, August 28th. The current versions of Express and Pro are mostly compatible, but there are a couple of bugs that need fixing. To address these bugs we will be releasing public beta versions of both Nisus Writer Express and Nisus Writer Pro.
These will be available later this week. We will send out another newsletter when they are available.

Sigh. I've often wondered if it was worth signing up for the newsletter...

Not that I want to discourage newsletter signups, but you'll be able to download the forthcoming betas directly from the nisus website.

It might be good if Dave or Martin could notify officially them of compatibility with SL:
