Autosave stopped working

Hi

I now get a message saying that the document could not be saved and that autosave has been disabled.

I've checked the location of the folder for autosaved backups and it's present.

Any ideas?

After you dismiss the autosave error message, can you please submit a report using the menu Help > Send Feedback? Hopefully the log will help us understand what's going wrong. Thanks.

Hey there this happened to me when I changed the name of my Autosave folder. Make sure your have the correct path to your Autosave folder set in the Doc Manager section of your preferences.
