Different smart quotes

Hi!
Looking at the smart quote options under Prefs->Quickfix I find no option to have NWP use «foo» instead of "foo" or “foo” ...
I could probably make a macro or something?

Hi flips! In the QuickFix preferences, have a look under the Language area. You should see a popup menu/button that lets you choose the "Guillemets" option, which quotes «like so».

Hm, I did try that one, and I tried again now. I only get regular ”foo” when I choose Guillemets.
Added a png to illustrate.

NWP's smart quote correction is sensitive to your text's language; different bits of text in your document can have different languages applied. Are you sure the text you are working with has the "Norwegian Nynorsk" language applied? To check, select some of your text and look at either:

1. The menu Format > Language.
2. The "Language" palette.
3. The little flag icon at the bottom-right of the document window (alongside the status bar).

Yes, I have chosen the same language in the text as well ... Even if I choose "Guillemets with space", I get ” test ”, not « test » ...

I must admit I'm at a loss. Can you send me the document to have a look at? The easiest would be to use the menu Help > Send Feedback. Just paste a link to this forum topic in the feedback text area. Thanks!
