Add item to context menu in dock?

So I suppose this is both a suggestion and a question. Is it possible to add an " open new document" option to the context menu for nisus pro in the dock? I know this option is available once nisus is up and running, but is there a way to add it to nisus pro's dock context menu when it is not running so that nisus will just automatically launch a new document when opened from the dock? I suppose this could be done with automator....

You can set NWP to open a new document when launched in Preferences=>General. Set 'On application activation: Create a new document'.

True, but then every time Nisus is launched, it will open up a new document. I actually like that by default Nisus opens the most recent document. I'd just like the option of having Nisus open a new doc at launch if I want. Picky, I know. :)

Nisus Writer does actually have a "New Document" menu item in the Dock, but only if Nisus Writer is already running. So you could launch NWP and then choose to create a new document. Not as convenient I know, but I think it impossible to add a menu to the Dock when NWP is not running.
