Urgent: Bookmarks

Hi all!

Bookmarks look really nice in Nisus. However, they don't appear in Word, or when saved as PDF document (an option which I love, thanks).

The problem is that I have a list of terms, 27, i.e. I will use 54 bookmarks. So one can just click on the bookmark and it'll take you to the term. But this doesn't appear in ugly Word, and I need that to happen.

Is there any way of doing this?

Or can I create links in a PDF?

Or programme it in HTML?

The problem also is that I don't know how to do any of the latter two.

I appreciate any help, thanks!

Bookmarks saved by NWP are properly opened by Word. I just tried it and both automatic and explicitly named bookmarks are visible in Word's bookmark inserter window. Those bookmarks are also available as a cross-reference target in Word.

I don't think Word has a nice way of listing all Bookmarks in your document for quick navigation, like NWP's Navigator pane, but the bookmarks are there.
or when saved as PDF document
It would be really nice if PDFs saved by NWP hyperlinked bookmark targets. It's on our "to do" list.
Or programme it in HTML?
If your NWP file has cross-references that target bookmarks, NWP will save HTML so that the cross-references remain intact as hyperlinks. Just use the menu File > Export As to save your file as HTML.

Anyway to do that? I just want an index in the document.

What are you after exactly? Some way to navigate the file while you're working in Word? You can use Word's Insert > Bookmark panel, which lists all the bookmarks created by NWP and includes a "Go To" button.
