Scrivener export

I had a Scrivener project that I exported to rtf. The project had a number of block quotes in it. All of those block quotes were indented too much on the right side margin. After working through it on the Scrivener forum, apparently Nisus handles the indented/blocked paragraph sections differently than Word or TextEdit. Is this something NWP does for a good reason, or is it something that should be fixed?
