Locking/protecting files

Hej all!

Is there any way to lock or password-protect Nisus files? Meaning that I create a file and assign a password to it so that only I can edit/change it, but anyone can open it.

Cheers!

What about system wide "Sharing & Permissions"?

"Get Info" of a document and arrange:

(Me): Read & Write
everyone: Read Only

Permissions will work if the file will always stay on Jester's hard drive. I might guess that he wants to share the file via email or some other exchange. But if that's what he wants, I don't see why he wouldn't just email out a PDF or some other less editable format. What are you after exactly Jester?

Exactly what you said.

I know I can lock PDFs with Acrobat, but I was wondering if there was any sort of similar function within Nisus itself.

Maybe you can find something useful here.

Cheers, Henry.
