Is there any way that I can make an image automatically appear on every page of a document in the text portion- that is, not in the header or footer?

Nisus Writer Pro 1.x does not have a watermark capability. However, the feature is very high on our official "to do" list. As usual, we do notify the subscribers to our newsletter of new features in the versions we release.
