Lion Bug in NWP - File > Mail > Neither Option Works

I have NWP 2.0 and when I go to attach a file to a mail message from within NWP I get an error.
Is this a known bug? I can produce a screen shot if needed.
File > Mail > Both options for attaching do not work.
