Nisus Pro license restrictions

I am considering upgrading to Nisus Pro from Nisus Express. One thing I have always appreciated about Nisus is that I can have more than one copy of the program running simultaneously on my home network -- one on my main computer, for example, and another on my laptop. Is this still the case with Nisus Pro? (When I try this with an old version of Word, I get an annoying message ordering me to close one of the copies.)

I've been using Nisus since around 1987 when it came in a box with floppy disks and a thick manual in a ring binder. I've stuck with it all the way.

The licenses for Nisus Writer Pro and Express allow for simultaneous installation on both a desktop and laptop. However, they technically forbid that both are "loaded" at the same time. From the license:
You may use a copy of the software on a second or portable computer, as long as the extra copy is never Loaded at the same time the Software is Loaded on the primary computer on which you use the Software.
