TOC with page number and no page number levels

Hi
I'm struggling with a TOC. I want to create a TOC that has one level with a page number and the other levels with no number. [see below] I succeeded in doing this around six months ago but when I rebuilt the TOC recently, I can only get all entries with a page number or all entries with no number.

After I try to rebuild or insert a new TOC, the whole file starts to break up and then NWP will get beachballed. Does this mean that there is something wrong with this particular file or am I missing something obvious?

Chapter Number
Chapter Title
Chapter Author ................................................. PAGE

Thanks

If I recall correctly, this has been the case: you can either have page numbers for all levels or no page numbers for all levels.
I had made a feature request quite some time ago to have both at the same time, and today, after reading your post, I have repeated my request.
You, and others, can also make a request for this feature:

Hamid is correct, currently NWP only allows you have page numbers in the generated TOC for all levels or none. If you like, you can edit the generated TOC to remove some page numbers, but that's the only workaround. But we'll definitely consider this feature request.

That doesn't sound like proper behavior. It always occurs after you rebuild the TOC? If so, perhaps you can send us the file, so I can try to reproduce the problem.
