I want to restrict my TOC to only 3 levels but so far I cannot limit it. If I expose the TOC in the Navigator the Include in TOC activates (but not with Navigator hidden). However I still get as many levels as defined (9!).

Is there a solution to this?

Could you please explain a bit more about what you had in mind? Do you want to hide headings 4-9 from the Navigator? Or do you simply want to exclude paragraphs in Heading 4-9 from the TOC altogether?
