why can't I reduce width of nisus window

NWP on OSX.7.
I can't see how to reduce the width of NWP window less than full screen width when in page view.

the only reason I can think of for not being able to resize your window (on corners or sides of a document) is, that you are in a "full screen" view. If that is the case, resizing the document window is indeed disabled.

As Ruchama says, you should be able to reduce the width of the window (using the normal OSX window resizing hotspots) in Page View.
