Keeping list the same 'size'

Hi; I think I've asked this before, sorry for repeating the question.

When I create a list (e.g. 'Outline' style), the grey part of the numbers are of unequal size. How can I change it so they're all the same size?

This should be by default within the software; I really dislike this part.

Thanks!!!

When you say "the grey part of the numbers" I'm assuming you mean the list item/bullet itself, eg: "1.", "a.", "IV", etc. If so, then you can change their formatting by:

1. Switch to stylesheet view.
2. From the list of styles on the left, select the list style you'd like to modify.
3. In the preview area on the right, select all the list levels.
4. Change the font size (or whatever) as you'd please, using the normal formatting tools (eg: palettes, menus, etc).
This should be by default within the software; I really dislike this part.
Indeed, it is the default, or at least should be. The default list styles (as shipped in the default "Nisus New File" template) have a neutral font size, which means they always take their font size from your document's Normal style (if you change Normal's font size, your list item's font size should change too). But perhaps you modified your Nisus New File in such a way that this is no longer the case, or you're working with a document created elsewhere?

Yeah it is by default. Don't know what happened; thanks.
