change all cell widths proportionately at same time?

Is there a way to change all table cell widths proportionately at the same time? I can drag on the right or left edge and adjust one cell's width, but I can't find a way to select the whole table and do it proportionately. What I want to do is re-size it all so it will only take up half of the distance from L to R margin rather than filling in the whole distance. I'm using 2.0.2 on OS 10.6.8 Snow Leopard.

Thanks!

You can grab the table by its bottom-right vertex (the little blue handle/square) to resize all cells at once.
