Spacing between words

Is there any way to reduce the space (caused by spacebar) between words (specially when printing) while using "Alignment: right"?

The space between words is mainly determined by the applied font, so perhaps you can use another font with tighter spacing. The paragraph alignment has no effect on the spacing (unless you are using justifying text).
There are a few other things you might fiddle with:
1. Tighten the kerning of all spaces in your document.
2. Reduce the font size of all spaces in your document.
3. Don't insert regular spaces, but instead use a "thin space" character (eg: via the menu Insert > Special Character > Spaces > Thin Space). How wide this space appears is again dependent on your font.
