Can the option to have a reverse, or oblique italics be introduced in NWP? Or is there any Macro for this function?

There's no way for Nisus Writer to force text to slant in the opposite direction (eg: from top-left to right-bottom), sorry. There are however some fonts that have such opposite slanting italic typefaces; a quick google search turned up
Egyptienne and
Briem Akademi. You should be able to use either of those in NWP to achieve the desired look, and I'm sure there are more such fonts.
That said, this is a feature we might be able to add to NWP. Currently NWP can "fake" italics for fonts that do not have proper typographic italic typefaces. That slanting always goes from top-right to bottom-left, but I don't see why would couldn't allow the opposite direction. I'll file the enhancement request, thanks.
