Duplicate Macros

Hi there,

I've got some - not all - macrofolders, that have duplicate macros. Have a look at the attached jpg
When I open the macro folder, folders only contain single macrofiles
Moreover there are macros with english names and those with german names.
What is going wrong and how do I solve this problem?
