Dividing line between footnotes and text

I want to shift the dividing line between the footnotes and the text from the left edge to the right, to match my text directionality (right to left). I find all the formatting for the footnotes in the style for footnotes except telling it to go to the right. The footnote style is already set for Persian, and uses a Persian font. Paragraph settings for footnotes are align right and right-to-left writing.

What am I missing?

Thanks, Hamid! I had been trying to do this, but while I was in styles view, and it was grayed out. Just needed to get back to one of the other views.
