three languages in the same document or tables

here's the setup: I need to mix Tibetan, English and Sanskrit in a single document. While I don't need to do a lot of fancy page formatting, I do need to be able to switch in-between the languages, make tables (usually with one language in each column, for example), and construct documents that will have one paragraph of Tibetan, one of English, and two of Sanskrit and so on.

I am running the software on a macbook air with the latest version of Mavericks, 10.9.4 and I have installed the latest version of Writer Pro, 2.0.7

First problem: getting Writer Pro set up to switch between three languages. The instructions included in the manual do not seem to work. A search of the forum suggested different settings, along with the hint not to use the input method switch available in Mavericks. Here are the settings that seem to work for using for two languages:

Now, unfortunately, I can't find any combination of settings that will make three languages work as two does.

Can anyone give me a configuration that works for you?

Second question in next post: making tables work with two languages.

Thanks!
