Mail Merge error message

I am attempting to use the Mail Merge feature of Nisus Writer. I have created my document and inserted the appropriate Merge fields from my .CSV file, but when I choose the Merge document command, I get a message that says: Found too few field values (Line 3 in MyFilename.csv).
