Since I updated to 2.1.2 I have a problem with an extenseion named "LibreOfficeImporter". It uses about 100% of my CPU.

I have a similar experience. I updated to 2.1.2 yesterday. When my MacBook Pro woke from sleep today (OS X 10.8.5), a process called soffice started using 100% of my CPU. The problem went away after perhaps a minute, but repeated itself when the Mac woke from sleep again at a later time.

I'm sorry about the excessive CPU usage. It seems our recent update to Nisus Writer introduced the issue into our LibreOffice-based file importer. We are investigating the problem.

For now the best workaround seems to be quitting and relaunching Nisus Writer. You can also just "force quit" LibreOfficeImporter in the Activity Monitor listing. Nisus Writer will restart it as needed for importing/exporting documents. Sorry about the nuisance.

Thank you for this additional information. It may help us diagnose and isolate the cause of this problem.

This issue has been resolved in Nisus Writer Pro version 2.1.3.
